January 22, 2010 – Lexington, MA - Encharter Insurance is pleased to announce the promotion of David Siekman to the position of Operations Manager. Dave is responsible for working with all of the managers to insure proper procedures, adequate tools and appropriate technologies are in place. Dave graduated from Merrimack College in 1998. He started working for Plymouth Rock as a CSR in 1999 working his way up to Senior Underwriting Supervisor. He joined Encharter in 2005 as an Office Manager for the MacNeil agency in Lexington, MA. He resides in Brighton, MA with his wife, Carol and daughter, Charlotte.
